The Swash Print

Tracey painted this original in one of her recorded video lessons of her Basic Pointillism course. This lesson was to create an abstract in two colours using the Pointillist method (all dots). 

When commencing this work, Tracey didn't have any specific pattern in mind, she just let it flow and develop - almost on it's own. She decided to use a blue and an aqua simply because they are her favourite colours. As it was developing, Tracey saw water on the beach as it swirls in after a wave has broken - the Swash. This is an intuitive work. It's very soothing and would complement any modern home or office.
