Refund policy

Damaged or Defective items on Receipt.

We have a 14 day return policy for items received damaged or defective.

Please take photos of the item as received and email them to info@traceyscolourmyworld.com as soon as possible to start the return process.

If your return is accepted, a return shipping label as well as instructions on how to send your package will be sent to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it and in it’s original packaging. Items will be replaced as soon as possible after receipt of the damaged or defective return.


Refunds

All sales are final and Tracey’s Colour My World does not offer any money back guarantee. You recognise and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances. However, we would love you to be happy with your item so will consider exchanging your item if it is returned in the same condition it was received. Arrangements need to be made in the same manner as for Damaged or Defective items. You need to contact info@traceyscolourmyworld on receipt of the item and it must be returned within 14 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

This does not apply to sale items or gift cards which cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective or damaged.
